            The  Lokayuktha organisation is created to take action against corruption and mal administration. The Lokayuktha police takes action under lokayuktha act and prevention of corruption Act 1988.Karnaka Lokayuktha Kolar division is situated at Bangarapet Road, Kolar. The Supt. of Police, Lokayuktha Kolar division is in-charge of the office. This office is having jurisdiction of Kolar revenue district.

For taking action under the prevention of corruption Act, the public can directly contact the lokayuktha police station.

For taking action under lokayuktha Act the complainants should file their complaints in the prescribed proforma to the Registrar, Karnataka Lokayuktha, Bangalore.

Totally 41 cases are pending trial under prevention of corruption Act before the Hon'ble Prl.Sessions Judge, Kolar

Public can obtain the prescribed form to file the complaints under Lokayukta Act and can meet the officers on every working day from 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM.
