              Free pass be given to physically handicaps, freedom fighters as well as blinds.

             For getting this pass the person should produce relevant documents certified by the social welfare department, Deputy Commissioner and District surgeon respectively. Grievances can be submitted to the  public grievance officer on Monday to Friday from 15.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs, on Saturday from 12.00 hrs to 13.30 hrs.
